Mehar Sazan Arya Company , with over 40 years of experience in producing automotive and industrial paints and coatings, is proud to operate with a team of approximately 100 staff members. Leveraging specialized paint engineers with a distinguished track record in providing high-quality products and technical consulting to industrial companies and light and heavy vehicle manufacturers, and by equipping its quality control and R&D laboratories focused on OEM repair and industrial coatings, the company has become a producer known for innovating and delivering diverse, high-quality products along with engineering services to the market, continuously enhancing the technical knowledge and expertise of its customers.
To expand production, since 2006 (1385 in the Iranian calendar), Mehar has relocated from Khorramdasht Industrial Town to Saveh on a 40,000-square-meter site. The factory includes 8,000 square meters of production halls and 1,000 square meters of office space, comprising production, packaging, and raw material storage halls, as well as quality control and R&D laboratories.
The nominal production capacity of Mehar Company is 7,000 tons per year. Considering its experience in producing repair coatings, industrial paints, and OEM automotive paints, the company’s actual total production amounts to 3,000 tons per year.
Mehar Sazan Arya Company , in collaboration with European consultants and its experienced engineering team in the color tint unit, has been able to select the best base colors produced worldwide and manufacture them with high quality. By offering 120 designed base colors, the company produces over 800 automotive repair products, covering nearly all model numbers of vehicles from Iran Khodro, Saipa, and other cars available in Iran, with excellent quality and superior tint. These products are distributed to most cities across the country through an extensive sales and distribution network.
The company is capable of producing a wide range of single-component and two-component coatings for repair of domestic and imported vehicles, as well as OEM automotive and industrial paints for both air-dried and oven-cured systems. These include primers based on polyester, epoxy, polyurethane, and nitrocellulose resins, solid polyester, alkyd (oil-based), nitrocellulose (quick-drying), and polyurethane paints in various suggested shades, base coat metallic and pearlescent paints, acrylic polyurethane high-solid clear coats, oven-cured clear coats, and coatings for fiber and plastic parts (PP, ABS). This manufacturing unit holds quality assurance and standard certifications, including ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, CE, ISO 45001:2016, and OHSAS 18001:2007 from the reputable TUV International. In line with the objectives set by the Board of Directors and with a focus on supplying paints and coatings to automotive companies, the company, supported by top-level consultants and a dedicated quality assurance unit, has implemented a comprehensive quality management system throughout the factory and obtained the IATF 16949:2016 automotive industry certification from DQS Germany.
This manufacturing unit has obtained the Standard Mark License from the National Standards Organization of Iran for its products, including primers, polyurethane clear coats, quick-drying nitrocellulose paints, and oil-based (alkyd) paints. It is also noteworthy that all products of the company carry the official Shetab barcodes.
