551 Series Two-Component Liners

Product features:

This primer is based on polyurethane acrylic resin and features excellent filling power, flexibility, proper drying, and very good adhesion on galvanized surfaces, steel, aluminum, iron, and most plastics. For polypropylene (PP) plastic surfaces, a plastic-specific primer should be used. Additionally, Primer 551 can be used as a base for single-component and two-component paints as well as putties. Two-component primers are available in light gray, dark gray, and white colors.

Application method:

First, mix the primer completely evenly using a mixer. After thoroughly mixing the primer with the dryer, dilute the primer mixture by gradually increasing the thinner until the appropriate spraying viscosity is achieved, then spray it by selecting the appropriate spraying device.

Observe a time interval of 3 to 5 minutes for each spray 2-3 times.

Surface preparation:

To create better adhesion, you must clean the desired surface of any dust and rust and then sand the desired area with 400-grit sandpaper.

Maintenance conditions:

The shelf life of acrylic primer is 1 year from the date of production at an ambient temperature of 25°C.
