Product introduction of the 3480 anti-bubble water trap:
The anti-foam (dehydrating) solution is used to prevent rework and minimize surface defects caused by unusual impurities, such as water particles resulting from air pump malfunctions, high-pressure vapor from compressors and air hoses, or other contaminants like dirt in thinners and containers. These impurities can enter the paint spray gun, causing bubbles, pinholes, and surface imperfections in the sprayed paint.
Usage method:
Add the anti-bubble solution (water trap) to the inside of the gun bowl a few minutes before spraying, at a rate of 3 to 5 grams per half a kilo of mixed paint or clear polyurethane or drier, so that the active groups of the anti-bubble (water trap) (water trap) absorb and neutralize the existing impurities, preventing them from reacting with the drier (isocyanate), and minimizing the problem of bubbles and holes on the paint surface.
