Colorless plastic liner 534 (transparent and translucent)

Application:

Automotive, repair, industrial (plastic and metal industries)

Product features:

This product is used as a colorless primer and adhesion agent for plastic surfaces other than PE, which is produced to prevent paint peeling. Its features include excellent adhesion, flexibility, and paintability.

Application method:

First, stir the primer thoroughly.

After selecting the appropriate sprayer, apply the primer sample without diluting it with thinner. Spray the plastic primer onto the prepared piece twice, 5-10 minutes apart.

Recommendation:

Never dilute the primer. Use plastic primer in places where air flows and never use it in places where there is moisture. This primer is not suitable for PE plastic parts.

Surface preparation:

First, clean the desired surface with Lucite Thinner (3762). For better adhesion, the desired area should be sanded with 600 grit sandpaper without water.

The desired surface should be cleaned of any dust and grease.

Maintenance conditions:

The shelf life of the plastic liner is 2 years from the date of production at a temperature of 25°C.
