Two-component lining:
This primer product is based on two-component (2k) acrylic resin, fast drying. It has filling power, flexibility and adhesion on the surface of various metals such as galvanized iron and aluminum. You can also use it as a primer on one-component (1k), two-component (2k) paints and putties.
How to use:
Mix 100 parts of acrylic primer, 20 parts of Lomo hardener and 30-40 parts of acrylic thinner (2k) 2181, whose concentration is between 17 and 20 seconds in a concentration meter (DIN Cup 4) at a temperature of 20 degrees Celsius. Spray it three times with an interval of 5-15 minutes each time, when the film thickness is between 20 and 30 microns.
Necessary recommendations:
To spray, use a top-to-bottom bowl gun with a 1/8 to 2.2 mm outlet and a pressure of 2 to 2 bar atmosphere.
Note:
When working with this product, protect your eyes and skin with gloves, mask and suitable work clothes. Avoid eating, drinking and smoking. Keep out of reach of children and away from heat.
