Alkyd (oil) paint series 20:

This single-component (1k) product for general use is produced from the best raw materials based on synthetic resins.

It can be used for painting public vehicles and all types of trucks, as well as on pre-painted surfaces or previously painted (old) paints that require proper drying.

Its unique features include easy application, suitable drying time, high coverage, good adhesion, suitable flexibility, good gloss, surface uniformity, and high mechanical and chemical resistance.

How to use:

1. First, completely clean the desired surface of any contamination and then sand it with 360-200 grit dry sandpaper or 8000-1000 grit wet sandpaper.
2. Mix the dye with a small amount of high-quality synthetic titer (concentration should be between 18-16 at 200°C in a 4-gallon tank).
3. Spray the paint 2-3 times with a 30-40 micron coating and wait 5-10 minutes between each coat to let it dry slightly.

Necessary recommendations:

Use a top bowl gun with a 1/4-1/6 mm outlet or a bottom bowl gun with a 1/8-1/6 mm outlet to spray with an air pressure of 3 to 5 atmospheres.

When working with this product, protect your eyes and skin with gloves, a mask, and appropriate work clothes. Avoid eating, drinking, and smoking. Keep out of reach of children.
