Alkyd topcoat 20

Alkyd topcoat line 20 :

This product is a universal 1k topcoat and it is produced of the best. raw materials based on synthetic resins.

It is generally used by commercial vehicle and truck producers and also is applied on primed surfaces and old paint coatings.

It has specialty distinguished of easy applicability, good leveling, adhesive, very good flow, high gloss, flexibility, suitable drying time, relatively high filling power and high chemical and mechanical resistance.

Instruction for use :

1. The surface should be properly degreased, cleaned and sanded with 360-p400 dry sanding or p800-p1000 Wet sandpaper paper.
2. Synthetic topcoat with a little high quality synthetic thinner should be mixed. (The viscosity in 20°c of Din cup 4 is between 16-18 seconds).
3. It is applied as 2-3 coats, having 30-40 microns dry film thickness in each allowing a flash-off time of 5-10 minutes between each successive coat.

Necessary recommendations:

Use a top bowl gun with a 1.6-1.4 mm outlet or a bottom bowl gun with a 1.6-1.8 mm outlet to spray with an air pressure of 3 to 5 atmospheres.

Attention:

Use Ventilation during usage, Irritating to eyes and skin. Keep away sources of ignition. No smoking during usage and De sot breathe vapors.
