What is the Best Price Guarantee?

We guarantee that the products offered on Bakala, with original warranties and highest quality, are priced lower than those in other physical and online stores across the country. If, after purchasing from Mehar, you find another store offering the same product under identical conditions at a lower price, you can submit a “Best Price Guarantee” request. Once approved, you will receive the full price difference from us.

What are the terms and conditions?

To submit a Best Price Guarantee request, the following conditions must be met:

1.Same Model: The products must be identical in terms of technical specifications, color, features, and capabilities.

2.Genuine Product: Since all products on Mehar are genuine, requests for non-genuine products will be rejected.

3.Original and Matching Warranty: The products being compared must have the same original warranty and after-sales service, as the type and quality of different warranties also affect their price.

4.Considering that Bakala’s invoices are official, the invoice from the physical or online store being compared must also be official, including an economic code and 9% value-added tax (VAT).

5.Original Accessories in Factory Packaging: Mehar is delivered to the customer with all accessories and parts provided by the manufacturer without any changes or deficiencies. Therefore, products offered in other stores will be comparable if they come with original, high-quality accessories and parts.

6. The same conditions apply to goods that have a production or expiration date, including the use-by date.

7. Authorized stores and websites: The price comparison reference must be an authorized store and website with an electronic trust symbol from the Ministry of Industry, Mines and Trade.

8. The goods are available for sale: The product must be available for sale and available for purchase on the site or store in question at the time of submitting the request.

9. Since the goal of this plan is to ensure that the customer is buying at the best price, if a discount has been applied to the price of the product due to purchasing from sales festivals or using a voucher, the comparison criterion is the final and finished price that the customer pays.

10. Given the need for the comparison conditions to be identical, if including items such as shipping costs or value-added tax changes the initial price announced by the seller or online store being compared, the criterion for comparing the price with the product will be the final amount paid by the buyer.

How to send a request?

1. The store’s pro forma invoice in the form of a photo or scanned file; the pro forma invoice must:

– Include the store name, contact information, store address and seal, buyer’s name, date and validity period of the pro forma invoice, product information, and the name of the related warranty.

– Within 24 hours after the customer sends the email, the product is valid and available for purchase in that store.

– Only for the same product individually.

2. In online stores, it is sufficient to send the online store address and a direct link to the product page being compared to the email address provided. Obviously, if links are provided to price comparison reference websites, the email sent will not be reviewed.

When should you apply?

Customer requests must be submitted no later than 48 hours after the order is invoiced. The application registration will be reviewed within a maximum of 3 business days. After sending the inquiry and if the lower price is confirmed, we will deposit the excess amount paid into the person’s account.

Rules

If any violation or attempt to abuse this plan is observed, the right to refuse the request is reserved for the product. With the goods, it may change the terms of the best price guarantee or discontinue its provision at any time at its discretion.
