Payment Methods
1- Payment via Online Gateway
All Bakala users can pay for their orders online during checkout via the Saman and Parsian bank gateways on the Bakala website or through their personal internet banking panel. A successful payment confirms the order automatically, and there is no need to notify the company. The order will then proceed to the preparation and shipping stages.
Please note that the recipient must present a valid ID when receiving the order.
It should be noted that online payment prioritizes and accelerates the processing of users’ orders.
-How to Make an Online Payment
Dear Bakala users can pay for their orders using any bank card that is a member of the Shetab network. Currently, online payment is available with cards from the following banks: Melli, Saderat, Parsian, Saman, Eghtesad Novin, Pasargad, Mellat, Keshavarzi, Export Development, Sanat & Madan, Sina, and Karafarin. During the online payment process, you will be asked to provide certain information, and after entering it and confirming the payment, you will be notified of the successful transaction.
1- 16-digit card number
This number is printed on every bank card.
2- Internet Purchase Password (Second Password)
For online payment, you must first have activated your card’s second password (internet purchase password).
The second password (internet purchase password) is different from the PIN you use at ATMs. Some banks, such as Saman Bank, usually provide the internet password when issuing the card. However, most banks do not include an internet purchase password upon card delivery. To activate it, you can visit an ATM of your card-issuing bank, insert your card, and select the “Password Operations” section. Then, in the “Second Password” or “Internet Password” section, set your desired password.
3- CVV2 Code
This code is a 3- or 4-digit number printed on the back or front of bank cards and serves as a security code for online payments. On cards from banks such as Mellat, Saderat, Pasargad, Saman, Parsian, etc., it is a 3-digit number, while on some cards, like those from Bank Melli, it is 4 digits.
4- Expiration Date
The expiration date is printed on most bank cards. If your card does not show an expiration date, you can use 12 for the month and 99 for the year as placeholders.
2- Cash on Delivery (COD)
It is recommended that users make online payments to speed up order processing. However, for the convenience of customers who prefer to pay upon delivery, Bakala also offers the option to pay at the time of receiving the order, provided the delivery address is in Tehran. Payment can be made using one of the following methods.
Please note that orders shipped via freight or with a total amount exceeding 30 million Rials must be paid in advance through online payment before shipment.
-Payment by Bank Card Upon Delivery
Since all Bakala delivery personnel carry mobile POS (card reader) devices, you can pay with any Shetab network bank card upon receiving your order.
-Cash Payment Upon Delivery
For the convenience of customers who prefer to pay in cash, Bakala also provides the option to pay upon delivery.
3- Card-to-Card Payment
Users who cannot pay online via Bakala’s gateway or opt for cash on delivery can make their payment via card-to-card transfer to the bank account numbers listed here. Card-to-card payment can be made using ATMs or online card-to-card services. However, paying through Bakala’s online payment gateway is easier and faster due to its high level of automation, and Bakala recommends using this method for convenience.
Notes:
-If the order has been paid online, the recipient must present a valid ID, such as a national ID card, when receiving the order.
-Customers are advised to make online payments to expedite order processing.
-Orders shipped via freight or with a total amount exceeding 30 million Rials must be settled in advance through card-to-card or online payment before shipment.
Please note that currently, customers can only use Cash on Delivery or Card-to-Card payment methods. This is a temporary limitation and will be resolved soon.
